Our Services
Live Importation
With the onset of the African Swine Fever in 2019 which has wiped out nearly 60% of the Philippine swine inventory, local production has been encouraged to offset high prices. The holding company, PLARIDEL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INC., has been importing live pigs since 2008.
Testing Station
In SCF’s testing stations, we check important metrics that matter to our clients. Some of them include the following: loin area, marbling, and testicle density. This is to help ensure performance prior to usage. SCF uses leading technologies in ultrasounds to deliver maximum results.
Semen Sales
Closed-herd farming is the most economical and safest way to increase savings and prevent disease entry. With the different breeds and genetic suppliers that SCF houses, the flexibility allows you to choose what your farm needs.
Quarantine
Ensuring the health of any farm is of utmost priority. We started setting up both our Boar Stations and Quarantines in bio-secure locations: 1) Away from the highway, 2) No surrounding farms and slaughterhouses at least 4km radius, 3) Complaint with government regulations, 3) and strict entry for animals, people, materials, and vehicles.
